That translates into an unbelievable 665 years of calling,\u201d says Martin Malych, CEO of CloudTalk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new investment will strategically accelerate CloudTalk\u2019s growth and product innovation, mainly in enhancing its AI-powered cloud phone system and contact center solutions. This funding comes at a crucial time when sales and customer service teams worldwide are aiming at improving performance and efficiency during major economic changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve seen a growing demand for cloud communication tools that can effectively address the challenges of customer-facing teams,&#8221; says Malych. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Users want a phone solution that helps with basic things like boosting call quality, increasing pickup rates, and improving CRM hygiene. But they also want the phone solution to be smart. For example, to summarise calls with artificial intelligence, automate note-taking, and monitor customer opinion via sentiment analysis. That\u2019s why our focus is now intensely on AI, maximising team efficiency, optimising conversations, and driving revenue growth for our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improving human conversations<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>CloudTalk says that it is firmly committed to improving human conversations and interactions in the business world.
