Now in its 33rd iteration, this distinguished survey seeks to capture the viewpoints of eDiscovery practitioners, shedding light on the industry’s current business confidence.

The Winter 2024 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey, conducted quarterly since early 2016, has become a vital resource for the industry, amassing over 3,149 individual responses from professionals in the fields of cybersecurity, information governance, and legal discovery.
It provides a comprehensive view of the business sentiment within the eDiscovery sector, offering valuable insights that guide strategic planning and decision-making.
