Now in its 34th iteration, this highly recognised quarterly survey seeks to capture the viewpoints of professionals, shedding light on current business confidence and trends within the data management ecosystem, focusing on the creation, delivery, and consumption of eDiscovery products and services.
Understanding the business climate
The Business Confidence Survey, conducted quarterly since early 2016, has become an essential resource for the industry, amassing over 3,249 individual responses from professionals involved in various aspects of the eDiscovery sector. The survey provides a comprehensive view of the business sentiment within these fields, offering valuable insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Participants will address important topics such as current business conditions, future expectations, and the perceived impact of emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) on the eDiscovery industry. They can complete the 15-question survey in approximately two minutes.
